    Responsibilities

    •  To receive and control warehouse inventory and reduce damage, to route and oversee loading and unloading of delivery trucks using forklift
    • Follow delivery schedules on a timely basis, set up new merchandise, maintain a professional image with customer
    • Keeping the warehouse clean, labeled and orderly

    What You’ll Be Doing as Part of Our Team:

    As a key member of the Bed Pros Delivery Team, your days will be active and varied. You’ll play a crucial role in our operations, including:

    Warehouse Operations: Carefully receiving and managing warehouse inventory, ensuring items are handled correctly to prevent damage. You’ll also help keep our warehouse clean, organized, and clearly labeled – a vital part of our efficiency!
    Loading & Routing: Assisting with (and for Drivers, overseeing) the efficient loading and unloading of our 20-foot delivery trucks. This may include forklift operation as part of routing and managing deliveries.
    Deliveries & Setup: Following delivery schedules to bring new merchandise directly to our customers’ homes, ensuring timely and professional service. You’ll also be involved in the setup of new items.
    Customer Interaction: Maintaining a positive and professional image when interacting with customers, making their Bed Pros experience a great one from start to finish.

    For All Delivery Team Roles (Helper & Driver):

    • You can communicate clearly in English.
    • You’re physically fit and strong, capable of safely lifting items like a 100lb mattress.
    • You have good verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and your teammates.
    • You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to keeping the warehouse environment clean, organized, and efficient.

    Specifically for Delivery Driver Candidates:

    • You have a clean driving record.
    • You are experienced and comfortable driving a 20-foot box truck.
