• Includes the set up of your new mattress and installation of your new adjustable base.
• Includes removal of your old mattress set, equal to number of pieces delivered
• Includes removal of all packaging material

Delivery times have a four-hour window.

We are not responsible for unforeseen events. If you miss your agreed upon delivery time, a $129.99 redelivery fee may apply.  We are able to reschedule delivery up to 24 hours before the first scheduled delivery time.

Before your delivery time

• Make sure to clear a path wide enough for drivers and merchandise to pass.
• Remove hanging items from narrow hallways and contain all pets in a safe space for the duration of the delivery.
• You are responsible for revealing possible obstructions (thermostats, ceiling fans) to the driver, and covering delicate flooring before your merchandise is brought in.

• Small bedding items may be shipped separately via UPS or Fedex
• We will provide a tracking number with your purchase
