In order to qualify for an exchange, our manufacturers require the original mattress to be in sanitary condition and the new mattress must be of equal or greater value at regular sale price. Our regular delivery rate ($99) includes processing, pick up and re-delivery of the exchange. Mattress purchases are eligible for one comfort exchange for the original mattress purchased.
