Our policy is to make sure that our customers have their best sleep possible. We hand pick our mattress lines so only the highest quality products are available through us with your needs in mind.
We are confident that you will love your mattress, and we want you to feel the same. That is why we provide the opportunity for a 30 to 90 day comfort exchange. If you don’t love your new mattress, we will do our best to address your concerns and exchange it for what feels best for you. We are unable to offer full refunds for any item purchased.
Comfort Exchange Policy
In order to qualify for the 30-90 day comfort exchange, the original mattress must be in perfect condition and the new mattress must be of equal or greater value at regular sale price. The regular delivery/redelivery fee of $89.99 will apply to all comfort exchanges. All mattress purchases are eligible for one comfort exchange for the original mattress purchased.
Special Orders and Clearance Items
We are unable to exchange any custom special order mattresses and do not provide full refunds for any item purchased.
Accessories such as sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors are able to be replaced if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Because of the personal nature of these products, we are unable to provide exchanges.
Mattresses and Adjustable bases are warrantied by the manufacturer. Should a warranty issue arise, we will facilitate your claim with the manufacturer and will assist you with what documentation is needed for a smooth exchange.
