I worked with Chris, the manager of the Brandon, FL store, to get a mattress that I knew I wanted sight unseen, but had experience sleeping on at a family member’s home. This was during the holidays and the mattress had to be special ordered. This took some time and we communicated through the waiting period. When the mattress was delivered (the delivery service was great), the mattress didn’t end up being the same feel or material as the original mattress I had experience with. When I called Chris, he immediately worked on getting it corrected. He understood what I asking for and offered to help me find the mattress I wanted. He recommended the perfect mattress that did meet the checklist of things I wanted and within my price range. I am now a happy customer enjoying her new mattress each night.
